It’s been a challenging year for everyone, and we’re grateful to be able to continue supporting the growth of small businesses in our commissary kitchens. In light of this, we also wanted to be transparent and share the measures that we’ve taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our team, members, and customers.
Coho Commissary is committed to caring for the health and wellbeing of our partners and customers. We work to have a constructive role in supporting local health officials in British Columbia. We are committed to staying up to date and compliant with Public Health Orders to ensure the safety for all in our community.
Coho Commissary has taken several actions to protect the health and well-being of our customers to control the spread of Covid-19. All decisions are taken based on the guidelines shared by the Public Health Officials in British Columbia and communicated with transparency.
We respectfully require our staff to don masks while working in our enclosed facilities and maintain regularly sanitized surfaces. We also follow social distancing and safety protocols with members of our team working from home as much as possible. Hand sanitizer is readily available throughout our facilities and visitors are temporarily restricted as an additional precautionary measure. Our products are picked up in a contactless manner from their vendors and are handled in a manner that safeguards against contamination.
All Coho Market deliveries are contactless unless otherwise specified by the customer. We work to ensure that our spaces are safe and protected against contamination and that your orders come in contact with as few people as necessary to deliver it to your doorstep.
